Without a doubt, these are murky and uncharted waters—and yet, our common humanity has never been more clear. Community is the cornerstone of our company, and staying connected with ours, even during periods of uncertainty, is more important than ever.
The safety of our employees, customers, and community is our top priority. Given the latest COVID-19 developments, our onsite retail location is temporarily closed until further notice & our local refill program is suspended until further notice. We are monitoring updates from the local authorities, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), and the World Health Organization (WHO) on a daily basis to ensure we are in compliance with protocol. We’ll update you as the situation evolves. In the meantime, we’re open at www.naidienezu.com. We know you rely on us for your land based cosmetic essentials, so we’ve made it easy for you to continue shopping from the comfort of your home.
Our fulfillment center is an integral part of making this possible, and we’re doubling down on precautionary measures to protect our team. In addition to following the CDC and PHAC hygiene and social distancing guidelines—practicing frequent, proper handwashing and respiratory etiquette; providing employees with an alcohol-based sanitizing spray; regularly disinfecting key touchpoints with EPA-registered disinfectants; minimizing interaction; and requiring at least six feet of distance at all times—we’re going the extra mile. We are also checking temperatures daily; using separately labeled packaging supplies, utensils, and cutlery; wearing gloves and face masks; and quarantining incoming packages for 48 hours. We know that when it comes to health, to err on the side of caution is not to err.
